Once I discovered hooping, I was hooked! I cultivated Tula Hula as an inclusive and empowering flow-based entertainment business by combining my hoop experience with my educational background in occupational therapy. Learning this outlet helped to center my mind, body, and soul. Let me share this passion and inspire you to get moving and grooving, inside and out of your circle!

Black Mountain Hoop Class Information

Hoop class is currently freely available to those wanting to come to gather and build a local hooping and flow arts community focused on exercise, play, and creative expression in Black Mountain! Any and all levels, adolescents and adults are welcome!

Please bring a mask, water, comfortable/exercise clothing, a positive attitude, and a hoop (if you have one). I will have plenty of hoops to share if you don't have one! If you feel the need to donate, please direct your contributions to Mary Benson House or Swannanoa Christian Ministries.
